At 6 weeks old, a puppy should still be with its mother. Hopefully it is illegal where you are to ship a dog that does not have all its vaccinations. A 6 week old puppy certainly wouldn’t.

I would never ship a puppy. If you want one get on the plane with it, cargo is too cold and frightening for a small puppy traveling alone. Also, no reputable breeder would sell or even give away a puppy that young. 11 or 12 weeks is more like it.
You can NOT ship a puppy until at least 8 weeks of age
NO airline or pet transport will ship a pup under the age of 8 weeks.
It costs around $250-300 to ship a dog within the US, so around $400 or so is probably not an unreasonable estimate.. of course you do also need to add in the cost of a crate, vet exam for proper vaccinations and health certificate, and any fees with quarantine- if quarantine applies.
