Me and my boyfrind have been together for about 4 years and have a 4 month old together. He does not have his birth certificate and we have to have tha in order to get married. I have no idea were to go to , or what to do about getting his birth certificate. Please someone give me an answer i am lost!!! Thank You so much!!!

Go to the The Embassy in Guatemala. That would probably be the best way to do it.
From the embassy of his origin or if he is in his country then from the city hall.
