Deadly Agatha: Video of Guatemala City storm which killed at least 150
Tropical storm Agatha has now claimed at least 150 lives after sweeping across Central America Guatemala’s the worst-hit, with emergency workers battling to reach those stranded by the torrential downpour. Callers to local radio stations described more landslides and possible deaths, but those reports could not be immediately confirmed. A three-storey building in northern Guatemala City fell into a sinkhole but there were no reports of victims. Thousands are homeless while dozens are still missing. It’s feared many may be buried by landslides. Forecasters say more heavy rains are expected.

don’t you people see that this is the end of days!! so much disasters have happened that has killed hundreds of thousands of people. through out history there’s been mass extinction of life and i think the human life has an expiration date! but don’t look at it as a bad thing, this is all part of evolution, SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST!!
@venomjuicy that may be good religiously but in a greedy world when the US decides to help another country in need we do, like when Haiti got their earthquake. When we had a disaster like Katrina I dont remember on the news seeing that other countries helped in the relief effort we had to help ourselves. idk, maybe I watched the wrong news channel, but it seems that nobody wants to help us. not even GB will, and they’re our freaking allies! This whole world is conceited. Thumbs up if you agree.

I used to live in Hilo, Hawaii. It gets like that a couple of times every year. Once it rained 21 inches in a single day. There’s so much water, it can be 4″ deep on a plain slope.

dude i’m not going to lie with you guys, but this morning i’ve watched the skies..4 planes going by..yeah okay clear skies awesome! soon 2 of the 4 left trails while the other 2 didn’t leave any trails. awkward 3 hrs l8r the skies had clouds that the sun could shine through..misty clouds sort of speak which turned into bigger clouds. l8r that night we had strong thunderstorms in iowa it crossed us, but it’s moved on to IL. and MO. idc if you agree on 2012 or not our gov’t is hiding somethings.

it’s like the Philippines with all the mudslides, floods, and the volcano eruption except the giant sinkhole which is unique to Guatemala.
